SPIN – Endurance · Resistance · Intervals: High-energy cardio with rides, climbs, and intervals. Intense and uplifting.
DROPSET – Fast-Paced Strength: Continuous sets and burnouts. Challenging and high-reward for experienced members.
POWER HOUR – Build Strength: Heavier weights, focused movements. Powerful and deliberate, progressive strength building.
HIIT / CONDITIONING: Short, intense bursts of cardio and strength. Exhilarating and sweaty.
