Our Personal Training program pairs you with an expert instructor who designs workouts just for you—whether you want to build strength, burn fat, or improve mobility. Choose from one-on-one sessions, 2:1 semi-private training, or small group workouts for extra motivation and accountability. Expect sweat, occasional sarcasm, and the kind of guidance that makes every rep count. Perfect for beginners who want confidence and form right from the start, or seasoned athletes who need a little extra push to reach their goals.
PAIRING YOU UP:
We have been asked if pairing clients up for PT is a service we offer. That’s a little tough to navigate, however if you’re interested in semi-privates because they’re more fun and more cost effective, let us know. We can put names on a board and do our best within the walls of DFLY to find you a partner!
TEENAGER TRAINING:
While your kids are out of school for summer break, sign them up for PT. Create healthy habits, strengthen their minds and bodies, get them off their digital devices and find them a role model at DFLY. More and more clients are also doing this for their athlete high schoolers to keep them in shape during the off season!
