Do you love the classes at DFLY but want more individualized attention? Check out our private/ semi-private training sessions with the same instructors you’ve already come to trust and love!
THE DETAILS:
Private and Semi-Private Training sessions are 60 minutes long and are held in the DFLY Garage. Private sessions are scheduled directly with the trainer and communicated to the studio. Semi-Private’s are scheduled with the 2nd trainee AND the trainer, and must be taken together.
Sneakers are recommended for all training sessions. Bring your own water bottle (no glass please!) and feel free to refill at our delicious filtered station. If you forget, we have bottles for sale at the front desk. Towels are provided and complimentary.
Each session is fully curated to you to help you hit your fitness goals. Using an array of equipment such as squat racks, barbells, slam balls, TRX straps, medicine balls, pullup bars, battle ropes, plyo boxes, parallel bars and more, the trainers can all conduct a fun, effective, and unique workout experience with each and every session!
All training sessions are open to all levels. Pricing is as follows:

PAIRING YOU UP:
We have been asked if pairing clients up for PT is a service we offer. That’s a little tough to navigate, however if you’re interested in semi-privates because they’re more fun and more cost effective, let us know. We can put names on a board and do our best within the walls of DFLY to find you a partner!
TEENAGER TRAINING:
While your kids are out of school for summer break, sign them up for PT. Create healthy habits, strengthen their minds and bodies, get them off their digital devices and find them a role model at DFLY. More and more clients are also doing this for their athlete high schoolers to keep them in shape during the off season!
