Pedal into the ultimate mind/body experience. Our Indoor Cycling classes split the ride into 1/3 endurance, 1/3 HIIT, and 1/3 strength, all set to amazing music in a dark, immersive studio. Every session challenges your legs, core, and cardio, while the lights, beats, and energy pull you fully into the ride—so much so that time flies and sweat happens naturally. Expect powerful intervals, endurance climbs, and strength-focused sprints that leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and ridiculously alive. This isn’t just cycling—it’s a full-on experience for anyone who wants to push limits, have fun, and escape the ordinary.

Dragonfly indoor cycling classes are 50 minutes long unless otherwise noted. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins and stay through the stretch for the safety and enjoyment of all.
Cellphones are not permitted in the indoor cycling room. All personal belongings can be stored in the locker room, so please bring your own lock.
Indoor cycling shoes are required to ride. If you don’t own a pair, you can rent for $3 at the front desk. Sneakers are not allowed. Bring your own water bottle (no glass please) and feel free to refill at our delicious filtered station. If you forget, we have water for sale as well. Towels are complimentary.
Indoor cycling classes are open to all levels and can be easily modified. If you’re a beginner, we encourage you to ride in the back of the room and go at your own pace. Do your best to follow the instructor’s class design and choreography, but listen to your body and take breaks when needed. Lastly, hoot and holler all you’d like, but please refrain from chit chat until class is over.
